Strong analytical and quantitative background, with hands‑on experience in model development or data‑driven problem‑solving.
At least 2 years of experience as quant/data scientist, experience in credit risk and time series modelling will be particularly valued (credit decisioning, IRB, IFRS9, Stress testing)
Fluency on at least one of the following programming languages: Python, SAS, R and SQL.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
Fluency in English and Spanish (including the ability to write professional reports). Other languages will be valued.
Willingness to travel regularly for client work is essential.
