Position Overview
Spanish language expert Must-Have β’ 2 to 4 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar preferred) β’ Fluency in Spanish β’ Good understanding of: IRPF (Personal Income Tax),Seguridad Social contributions, Statutory benefits, Collective bargaining agreements (Convenios) β’ Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data. β’ Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to completion. β’ Maintain employment records and individually handle HR related queries. β’ Attention to details and excellent analytical skills β’ Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment β’ Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills Good-to-Have Multicountry Payroll exposure (US, Canada , UK, Switzerland , Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc)
