Position Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customers' spare parts procurement requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of all incoming customer orders.
  • Prepare Sales Orders (SO) and/or Sales Outgoing Orders in accordance with customer requests.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Monitor inventory availability and provide customers with updates on stock status.
  • Maintain and update the sales ledger accurately.
  • Prepare and manage shortage lists related to inventory or deliveries.
  • Verify shipping information before the distribution process.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
  • Deliver invoices to customers in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain and update the billing ledger.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication in English is essential (proficient in Mandarin will be point plus)
