Job Description

- Take ownership of machines and processes to ensure stability, performance, and compliance with standards
- Control and improve production processes (Milling, Grinding) to enhance product quality and productivity
- Support and develop Automation projects (e.g., Robotics, Auto Inspection, Equipment Improvement)
- Drive continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, Lean, Cost Reduction) and monitor measurable results
- Analyze production line issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence
- Act as Process Owner for assigned machines and production processes to ensure stability, reliability, and compliance with established standards
