Job Purpose
The Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) will support the learning, wellbeing, and development of young children with a lead diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated needs. A reception class in a SEND school can be very active and the children’s needs can be very complex; this is due to the limited access to the correct interventions and environment whilst at nursery and/or at home.
