Coating Process Engineering:
Develop, optimize, and standardize coating processes including aluminum-platinum deposition, diffusion heat treatment.Define and control process parameters to ensure coating quality, adhesion, thickness uniformity, and compliance with specifications.Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation (e.g., work instructions, control plans, technical specifications).Thermal Spray Operations (HVOF & APS):
Manage setup and operation of HVOF and APS coating systems.Monitor and troubleshoot spray parameters, equipment performance, and powder feed systems to maintain process integrity.Ensure safety compliance and equipment calibration in accordance with industry standards.Quality & Metallurgical Support:
Work closely with the quality and materials engineering teams to analyze coating defects, microstructures, and process-related anomalies.
