Special School Nurse

Main duties of the job

• Meet the needs of patients and families to achieve improved health outcomes, promoting health, wellbeing and independence.
• Develop and maintain a culture of service improvement, promoting quality and safety.
• Practice in accordance with the NMC code, prioritising people, practising effectively, preserving safety and promoting professionalism and trust.
