Document Control Specialist – HARMAN Lifestyle

We are looking for a Document Control Specialist to assist our plants and RnD teams from North America to China, with a focus on North American teams. Responsibilities include improving configuration and change management processes, ensuring data transfer between PLM and ERP systems, and managing our Business Management System. This role requires collaboration across departments and supports processes efficiently in global operations.

What You Will Do

• Configuration & change management
• Collaborate closely with R&D subject matter experts across North America and China and support production operations in Mexico (Tijuana).
• Ensure accurate and efficient data exchange between PLM and ERP systems to support end‑to‑end operational efficiency.
• Own and continuously improve configuration and change management processes, including leading targeted improvement initiatives and projects.
