Specialist / Consultant Pediatric Neonatologist opportunity in Al Ain, UAE. The role focuses on providing comprehensive neonatal care, managing critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and delivering evidence-based treatment in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert diagnosis, treatment, and management of premature, critically ill, and high-risk newborns.
• Manage patients in the NICU, including ventilator support and advanced neonatal procedures.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide immediate neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesiologists, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
