This is a 9‑month, Fixed‑Term contract role. The Contract Commercial Support Specialist supports the smooth operation of the contract management team by assisting with daily tasks and providing reliable operational support to both the team manager and Senior Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Perform contract data entry into CPQ deals.
- Responsible for all global orders, new, amendments and renewals, with an emphasis on Global majors, Strategic Customers, Large Regional Customers and highly complex orders for order resolution.
- Track status of cases to ensure smooth transaction processing from deal creation to fulfillment and invoicing.
- Monitor escalations from Sales, Client Services and other teams; gather responses or clarifications for prompt case completion.
