The role ensures contracts adhere to NMC standard terms. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient contract review and legal approval through internal documentation and process.
Responsibilities - Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of commercial contracts on both NMC and counterparty template, while always ensuring alignment with NMC standards, including:
- Supplier and Procurement Agreements
- Service Level Agreements
- NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements
- Memoranda of Understanding
- Willingness to upskill on contractual legal matters and develop drafting ability
- Support the team where required to streamline processes and maximise the efficiency of legal review and approval
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and support the team on day‑to‑day contractual matters and queries
