Develop, deploy, and manage automated marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, in-app), in accordance with CRM best practices and legal requirements (e.g., consent).
Manage and monitor the campaign schedule to ensure a seamless, consistent, and balanced customer experience.
Contribute to the continuous optimization of CRM strategies based on observed performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement).
Create, execute, and maintain SMS campaigns to effectively reach targeted audiences, following best practices.
Conduct A/B tests (content, targeting, timing), analyze the results, and propose concrete improvements to maximize performance.
Collaborate on the production of reports and dashboards to track key KPIs and support decision-making.
