Responsibilities

Conduct market data analysis to define and prioritize commonly occurring quality issues. Perform technical investigations on failed parts or vehicle systems to identify root cause. Develop test plans to replicate real-world vehicle usage conditions within a controlled environment. Use appropriate measurement equipment to quantify vehicle performance and compare it to acceptable specifications. Coordinate and perform field visits as necessary for technical investigations. Generate technical reports to communicate Canadian quality issues and investigation findings to other departments within Honda. Work collectively with external departments (R&D, factories, etc.) to ensure progress of countermeasure activities. Validate quality improvement countermeasures to judge overall effectiveness.
