The Ethics & Compliance Specialist will support the Global Leader, Ethics & Compliance, and work closely with managers and employees across CAE’s business units on a broad range of compliance matters essential to mitigating legal and regulatory risks associated with the company’s global operations.

This role entails significant responsibilities in the implementation of our global ethics and compliance programs, ensuring its alignment with CAE’s Code of Business Ethics, Corporate Policies and Procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-corruption, anti-trust and fair competition, privacy, and human rights legislation.
