GBS Mobility Operations Specialist

The GBS Mobility Operations team ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of global mobility administrative activities. This role provides operational and coordination support for international assignments, relocations, and transfers, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enable a smooth employee experience while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to mobility policies and procedures.

Mobility Operations & Assignment Administration

• Provide daily administrative coordination for international assignments, relocations, and transfers.
• Prepare assignment-related documentation, including cost estimates, assignment letters, repatriation agreements, assignment or contract change letters, and offer packages.
• Support cost estimate preparation and maintain cost-related documentation in line with defined mobility frameworks.
