Highlights of the job We're hiring a permanent, full-time Specialist, HR Systems based in Edmonton, AB. Reporting to the Associate Director, HR Systems & Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing EPCOR’s HR systems and leading the implementation of ERP functionality.

As the Specialist, HR Systems, you will provide subject matter expertise on HRIS platforms, ensuring system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will also support the implementation of a new ERP system by coordinating across HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners to ensure successful delivery. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
