Responsibilities

• Work at the Civil and Criminal Litigation Unit of the Centro Administrativo Sicredi (CAS), located in Porto Alegre, serving the central and local cooperatives that make up the Sicredi system by monitoring, handling and managing the portfolio of judicial and administrative proceedings under the unit's responsibility.
• Monitor, conduct and manage highly complex civil judicial and administrative proceedings (collective actions, public civil actions, etc.) together with external law firms, guiding and directing defense, appeals and conciliation strategies, and providing technical support to other team members.
• Analyze scenarios and different situations from the perspective of potential risk exposure in the courts, using interpretation of legislation, doctrine and up-to-date jurisprudence to provide input and alternative perspectives for decision-making, assessing risks and proposing viable solutions for internal clients.
