MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:Β
β’ Manage and facilitate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments (both Thailand and Vietnam) and employee relocations both domestically and internationally β as well as coordinate with globally selected vendors for immigration and relocation services.
β’ Support business needs and organizational growth by overseeing logistics, managing immigration requirements, providing relocation support, and ensuring compliance with local laws and tax regulations.
β’ Handle administrative tasks, such as processing invoice payments, managing reimbursement expenses, registering vendors and maintaining accurate documentation and tracking records.
β’ Optimizing mobility processes by improving cost management and aligning policies with global standards.
β’ Ensure seamless and efficient mobility experience for employees while aligning with company objectives and delivering a high level of service satisfaction.
