Position Summary

The Specialist Physician (Internal Medicine) is responsible for providing specialized medical services to adult patients, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex medical conditions. The physician delivers care in outpatient clinical settings and, where authorized, hospital and procedural environments, in accordance with provincial legislation, College standards, and evidence‑based medical practice. Possession of an additional medical subspecialty is considered a significant asset.
