Task Responsibilities:
1. Security Incident Management & Investigations
- Collect, review, and analyze security incident reports from the global network.
- Conduct evidence-based investigations, including on-site fact‑finding missions.
- Prepare structured investigation conclusions with root‑cause analysis and recommended corrective actions.
- Support improved customer relationship management by providing factual briefs and remediation overviews to Strategic Accounts.
- Contribute to reducing exposure to unlawful interferences and enhancing the company’s security posture.
2. Security Quality Controls (QC)
- Support the annual Quality Control Plan by performing audits, inspections, and security tests at identified stations.
