Job Role / Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Information Technology you will be responsible to support our enterprise Network Infrastructure Operations. You should possess technical hands-on skills for maintaining Network Connectivity Services uptime for all AKU Campus, Domestic and International. The skills to support such complex topologies will be essential for this evolving role. You will also be required to work closely with multiple client/customers, vendors, partners, technical account managers to achieve the desired results. Specifically, you will be responsible to;

ensuring independent completion of network operational calls and resolution of network connectivity issues for users at all AKU Campuses, Secondary Hospitals, remote clients, domestic and international connectivity
