Specialist Talent Acquisition at JazzWorld works closely with Talent Acquisition, Business Partnership, and Business teams to source, attract and hire candidates who are agile, diverse and culturally fit as per the Jazz Values.

As part of the Talent & Leadership Development Department within the People & Organization Division at Jazz, this role is an individual contributor with no people management responsibilities, reporting directly to the Stream Head Talent Acquisition.

What does Specialist Talent Acquisition do?

• Hire talent that is agile and a cultural fit from sourcing to offer closure with special focus on gender diversity in Commercial, Sales, Corporate, Digital, and technical roles.
• Ensure a smooth candidate and line manager experience aligned with Jazz's Values, Culture and the Talent policy.
