Driving end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding and contracting of Financial Advisers within LAP (Liberty Advisory Partners) and driving strategic talent acquisition by leveraging industry expertise and a strong understanding of market trends and in-demand skills.
Job Functions
Identify and attract New-to-Industry and experienced Financial Advisers.Conduct the required background checks and verify regulatory history (DOFA, MIE etc.) in alignment with compliance requirements.Collaborate with Branch Managers and Franchise Principals to ensures workforce strategies align with business objectives.Setting up and conducting Initial Selection Interviews.Refer adverse background checks (E.g.
