SUMMARY

Provides transfer planning services
to all students interested in transferring their Tri-C degree, coursework, and
credits to another institution. Utilizes one-on-one planning appointments,
programming, and ongoing communications to support the student population
throughout their academic journey, promote retention and completion, and
promote the College's mission and values. Collaborates and communicates with
transfer stakeholders, including faculty, staff, internal/external
stakeholders, and four-year institutions, to ensure students receive
comprehensive support to achieve their educational and career goals.
