Independently execute the full payroll processing cycle for all employees in Quebec (approximately 240 employees), in accordance with established procedures, organizational policies, and applicable legislation;
Update payroll system data, including hires, transfers, changes in employment conditions, salary increases, terminations, and the issuance of Records of Employment (ROEs);
Review timesheets by performing required validations related to data entry, project allocation, and supervisor approval;
Coordinate perks administration processes, including the management of group insurance accounts (Blue Cross) and the group retirement savings plan (RRSP – Sun Life), in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers;
