The Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) is a statutory board of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), and also the Singapore public sector’s first Science and Technology agency that works at the forefront of science and technology to amplify, augment and accelerate the Home Team’s advantage and secure Singapore’s frontline of security. • Conduct comprehensive analysis on acquisition lead times of MHA/HTX buys and identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
