Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Specification Writer to support our commercial project team in preparing technical specifications and door hardware schedules. This role plays a key part in enabling early project influence by translating design requirements into clear, compliant specifications that support project wins in Singapore’s commercial market.

Key Responsibilities

Specification & Documentation

• Prepare door hardware schedules and technical specifications based on project drawings.
• Ensure alignment with Singapore building codes, fire safety, and project requirements.
• Use internal tools / templates to produce clear and accurate specification documents.

Project Support

• Support specification and project sales teams with tender documents and technical submissions.
