Responsibilities

• Write product specifications and prepare hardware schedules.
• Provide technical assistance and project budget pricing.
• Assist architects in drafting specifications for doors and hardware in both 2D and 3D BIM (Revit) environments.
• Communicate with consultants, interior designers, and architects from the concept/design stage to understand BIM requirements and provide full support.
• Prepare door hardware specifications based on interpretion of building and design plans.
• Takes ownership of technical issues and provides comprehensive support to internal consultants.
• Develop and manage project floor plans for door scheduling, hardware scheduling, and technical catalogue sheets.
• Adhere to industry‑standard ironmongery requirements.
