The Specimen Technician I (SPT I) is responsible for providing general support within the Specimen Processing Department. This role involves data entry, specimen handling, and processing activities in a fast-paced production environment. The position requires accuracy, organization, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to frequent changes while ensuring compliance with laboratory and safety standards. The role is critical to maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Perform general specimen processing support functions including A-station, presort, centrifugation, aliquoting, imaging, and microfilming.
