Job Summary:

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Reviews collateral and intake information provided.
- Evaluates child's level of speech, language, and/or swallowing difficulty.
- Completes intake paperwork, assessments, reports, and treatment plans with identified children and their families.
- Assists in the development of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
