As an integral member of the Therapeutics team, the SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST II is responsible for: providing assessment and direct and indirect patient‑related therapeutic care, in collaboration and consultation with other members of the multi‑disciplinary health care team, including family members/caregivers; documenting assessment, consultation and treatment information; encouraging, participating in and facilitating the educational and professional development of self and other members of the health care team; collaborating in the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of programs, policies, guidelines and standards: performing other related duties as required.
