Scope of Work



Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.



Standard Qualifications




+ Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program

+ Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program

+ Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program



+ 2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required



+ LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

+ LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan State of Michigan required during CFY Upon Hire required

+ CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
