About Us

Speak & Develop Speech Pathology is a paediatric private practice located on Sydney’s North Shore. We are passionate about supporting children and adolescents to find their voice and communicate with confidence at every stage of development.

We provide comprehensive speech, language and literacy assessments, as well as ongoing therapy services grounded in the latest evidence-based research. Our practice is strongly aligned with neurodiversity-affirming approaches, and we are committed to providing inclusive, child-centred care for all families.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our warm, supportive team in March 2026. This role can be full-time or part-time and is based in our well-resourced Willoughby clinic.
