**Job Description**

CHCS is looking for an SLP to help provide Home Health Services to the Penobscot, Hancock and Washington Counties. Will provide speech and audiology services in clients’ homes, schools, and residential facilities.

Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
