This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, at Spirit’s Defense Business Unit (“Spirit Defense”). Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

+ Lead the development and review of detailed BoE’s for proposals including labor, material, subcontractor, and other direct costs.

+ Ensure BoE’s are compliant with FAR, DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and internal policies.

+ Guarantee that all BoE’s are fully documented, traceable and audit-ready for both internal and external reviews.

+ Manage and mentor a dedicated team of cost estimators and analysts.
