Your New Role

This is a hands‑on operational role focused on daily content delivery execution, responsible for ensuring the successful and timely fulfilment of Sports content to affiliate VOD platforms. The Sports VOD Operations Coordinator uses a variety of different systems (MAM Systems) and interfaces to manage and track content through transcode and delivery. The role acts as a point of contact for external VOD partners, requiring a high level of communication to ensure optimum service is provided to affiliates. It also involves troubleshooting, working independently and with support teams and engineers to resolve issues affecting delivery of VOD content.

• Detailed tracking of sports VOD asset delivery through WBD internal processing through to the affiliate platform.
• Troubleshooting failed deliveries.
