Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman

Responsible for providing high-quality service, maintenance, inspections, and repairs of fire sprinkler systems across various customer sites. Works closely with the General Manager and/or Service Manager to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the scheduling team and Service Manager and/or General Manager to prioritize and complete assigned service work orders, emergency calls, and ongoing maintenance tasks in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers on‑site to explain work performed, system conditions, and any further service needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company quality control and safety procedures during all service activities.
