• 7+ years of experience in IT / data-related roles
• Hands-on experience with ETL - data migration processes
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying SSIS packages
• Strong SQL skills, including complex query development
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working with multi-vendor or cross-functional teams
