Requirements:
College Graduate
•4–6+ years B2B/ICT sales with enterprise and/or government track record.
•Proven large-deal/complex wins; consistent quota over-achievement.
•Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
•Lead enterprise, key-account and government (PhilGEPS, RA 9184) opportunities.
•Apply Challenger insight selling (IXS-TRN-018); position competitively (IXS-SAL-016).
•Own account & key-account plans (IXS-SAL-026); drive expansion and retention.
•Mentor AEs and SDRs; uphold the IXS standard.
Maintain disciplined forecasting on the largest deals.
