Position Overview
+ Foster a trust-based relationships with Operations and Solution consultant team, to deliver the results.
+ Meeting Order and revenue targets on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for Gas Detection Product line .
+ Would be covering Mumbai Region with more focus on O&G customers , Consultants and Contractors , OEMs .
+ Will also focus on Business development and Product promotion in with key accounts / New verticals
+ Develop customized account plans that align with company’s business goals .
+ Driving sales efficiency and driving Channels
+ Drive monthly reporting and linearity in orders.
+ Identifying gaps in the current coverage and expand channel network to bring in incremental order growth.
+ Motivating the Channels to demonstrate account management to sell more within accounts.
+ Customer Focused: Drives customer acquisition, development, experience, and retention.
