Job Description
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies.
- Ensure accurate posting of journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are reconciled and up to date.
- Prepare management reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.
2. Project Accounting & Cost Control
- Monitor project costs, revenue recognition, and profitability for ongoing construction projects.
- Review project budgets, cost-to-complete reports, and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with project managers to validate cost allocations, material consumption, and subcontractor payments.
- Ensure accurate tracking of WIP (Work in Progress) and project billing cycles.
