Description Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
Prepare financial statements and internal management reports.
Analyze variances, trends, and account activity to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Assist with external audits, tax preparation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Support the development and enforcement of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
Mentor entry level accounting staff and provide guidance on technical accounting matters.
