Job Duties

Digital/Portal Strategy: Develop, oversee and implement components of the strategic digital engagement plan for organized customers (payor/health systems). Lead execution and evolution of strategic digital plan and digital roadmap through monitoring of progress and related Key Performance Indicators and work with key stakeholders to support delivery and value realization.

Omnichannel Strategy: Lead development and implementation of integrated omnichannel strategy for organized payor customers, ensuring seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints including digital, social media, 3rd party and traditional engagement channels.
