Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate architectural shop drawings based on design specifications site conditions and construction requirements.
• Develop coordination drawings integrating structural and MEP elements to ensure clash-free execution.
• Modify and update drawings in response to site instructions RFIs and design revisions.
• Interpret architectural plans and specifications ensuring compliance with project and authority standards.
• Collaborate with engineers consultants and site teams to resolve design and construction-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure drawings are delivered on time aligned with quality standards and construction programs.
• Adhere to local authority regulations (e.g. Dubai Municipality Abu Dhabi DMT etc.) and ensure compliance in all drawing submissions.
