**Role Responsibilities:**

+ Create, modify, extend, block and unblock Customer, Vendor and Business Partner master records based on approved requests.
+ Process workflow-based requests through tools such as ServiceNow, MDG and other authorized channels.
+ Maintain master data in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, BAAN, JDE or similar ERP systems.
+ Coordinate with Business, Finance, Credit, Procurement, AP, Sales and other stakeholders for approvals and issue resolution.

**Role Purpose:**

+ We are looking for an MDM Level 2 Analyst to support end-to-end Master Data Management activities across Customer, Vendor and Business Partner domains
+ The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, compliant, and timely processing of master data requests in line with governance standards, business rules and service level agreements.
