The Consumer Digital Ecosystem Senior Associate drives data‐driven digital initiatives at Lilly Mexico. This role translates multi‐source data into commercial decisions that enhance e‐commerce, telehealth, and overall consumer digital journeys.
Responsibilities
Implement a comprehensive E‐Commerce strategy: design, launch, and continuously optimize Lilly's e‐commerce capabilities to drive product accessibility, sell‐through, and revenue growth.
Launch a telehealth solution embedded in Lilly.com: lead end‐to‐end implementation of a telehealth capability integrated within Lilly's digital ecosystem to extend the reach of care and facilitate patient‐physician connections.
Build and own a clear Consumer Digital Journey: map, design, and continuously improve the end‐to‐end digital experience for consumers across awareness, purchase, and adherence touchpoints.
