SUMMARY

As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) at ScalableOS, you will serve as the first point of contact for many potential clients, helping drive our sales pipeline and supporting our Director of Business Development in selling ScalableOS’s offshore staffing solutions. Successful BDRs excel at building strong business relationships, communicating with key decision-makers, and driving early-stage sales activity. This role requires a competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. You will partner closely with our Director of Business Development and CEO, as well as the Marketing team, to nurture leads and drive new client acquisition.
