Sr. Business Partner, Accounting

The role of Senior Business Partner, Accounting contributes to HighPoint by being responsible for a broad range of accounting duties and oversight in a government services contracting environment. This position will report to HighPoint’s Vice President, Accounting & Finance .
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entry posting, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliation; validate proper revenue and expenditure recognition at month-end.

+ Serve as a technical expert on the company’s Costpoint accounting system, providing guidance on general ledger configuration and reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project setup, and Deltek Time and Expense.
