Responsibilities

The Sourcing/Purchasing Specialist position is a key role within our strategic plan for the LIXIL Indirect Procurement organization. This role is specifically responsible for leading and executing the sourcing strategy for the Marketing category across the Americas region (USA, Canada, and Mexico), while also managing key Indirect Business Services categories (such as Logistics, Finance, and HR) exclusively for Mexico. The position operates under a hybrid work model based in Mexico. An enthusiastic self‑starter with strong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate and long‑term priorities and exceptional multi‑tasking skills are a necessity.
