QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in purchasing, production planning, or a similar role from a complex electromechanical system/equipment company Strong working knowledge of MRP, inventory management, and capacity planning Manufacturing experience required; aerospace industry experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) Proven negotiation and supplier management abilities Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills RESPONSIBILITIES
